HOW IT WORKS

From inquiry to arrival in 10 reliable steps

  1. 1

    Product inquiry

Tell us what you want to import — product, target volume, destination port, target shipment date. Even a short message is enough to start.

  2. 2

    Availability check

We confirm with the packhouse and grower that the product, grade and volume are available for your window.

  3. 3

Quotation (FOB / CNF / CIF)

Written quote with price, lead time, packaging, freight method and incoterm. We quote on your preferred incoterm or recommend one.

  4. 4

    Sample / trial order

For new buyers, a small trial or sample shipment lets you verify grade, packaging and arrival quality before committing to volume. Optional but recommended.

  5. 5

    Order confirmation

Pro-forma invoice issued; order locked in once payment terms are agreed.

  6. 6

    Sourcing & quality inspection

We source from the assigned grower(s), inspect at packhouse for grade, size and cosmetics. Photos shared on request.

  7. 7

    Cold-chain packing

Pre-cooled, packed, palletised, and held at temperature until truck pickup.

  8. 8

    Export documentation

Phytosanitary, certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list — assembled per shipment and destination.

  9. 9

    Air or sea shipment

Cold-chain trucking to airport (BKK / DMK) or seaport (Laem Chabang). Booking confirmed; tracking shared.

  10. 10

    Arrival & buyer feedback

On arrival, you (or your clearance agent) inspect the shipment. We ask for short feedback to improve the next cycle.
