AIR FREIGHT

1–3 days from Bangkok to most major hubs

For high-value, short-shelf-life SKUs — mango, longan, mangosteen, premium herbs — air freight is the right choice. We book direct lift from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK).

SEA FREIGHT

Reefer container for volume — 14–30 days transit

For container-volume orders of coconut, pineapple, dragon fruit, frozen specialty SKUs and dried goods, sea reefer is the cost-efficient choice. We coordinate booking, trucking to Laem Chabang, and reefer set-point management.

Packaging spec changes with the route. A mango air-pallet to Dubai is packed differently from a mangosteen reefer container to Hamburg.

FAQ

Logistics FAQ

Can you ship LCL (less than container load) by sea?
For specialty / frozen SKUs sometimes yes. For fresh produce, full container is the rule because mixed temperature zones in an LCL aren't reliable.
What's controlled atmosphere (CA) and do I need it?
CA modifies the gas mix in a reefer container to slow ripening — useful for long-transit fruit (banana, avocado, some mangoes). Ask us if your SKU benefits.
Can you arrange door-to-door (DDP)?
Yes for selected destinations. We coordinate clearance and last-mile with destination partners. Ask us at quotation.
Who insures the shipment?
Under CIF, we arrange insurance. Under FOB and CNF, you do — we can recommend brokers if helpful.
What temperature does my SKU ship at?
Per SKU — most fresh fruits ship at +5 to +10 °C, leafy herbs at +2 to +5 °C, frozen at −18 °C. We confirm at quotation.
