QUALITY & CERTIFICATION

Quality you can trust. Documents you can rely on.

Every order is graded and inspected at packing. Destination-required certificates are prepared per shipment. Issues are documented, owned, and resolved.

WHAT WE GUARANTEE

Four commitments on every shipment

  • Inspected at packing

Every order is graded against the agreed spec before it leaves the packhouse — with photos.

  • Cold-chain integrity

Pre-cooled, reefer-trucked and refrigerated to destination, with temperature monitoring.

  • Documents per shipment

Phytosanitary, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list — assembled per order.

  • Owned issue resolution

Quality issues on arrival get documented, owned, and resolved — credit or replacement.

OUR COMMITMENT

Specifics over slogans

quality_inspection_close_up.jpg

We don't claim "premium" without telling you which grade. We don't promise "fresh" without telling you the cold-chain temperature. We don't list certificates we can't actually provide for your shipment.

Every quote names the grade, the pack format, the freight method, the temperature range, and the certificates included. Anything not listed is something we'll tell you about up front.

Our discipline comes from our logistics roots — moving cold cargo doesn't tolerate ambiguity, and we apply the same standard to produce.

HOW WE PROTECT QUALITY

A 5-step pipeline, end to end

  1. 1

    Source selection

Direct grower partnerships chosen for SKU + region match (e.g. Chanthaburi for tropical fruit).

  2. 2

    Pre-pack grading

Sort and grade against the agreed spec; reject anything below grade.

  3. 3

    Pre-cooling

Drop core temperature before packing to extend shelf life.

  4. 4

    Cold-chain pack

Pack and palletise inside the cold zone; carton spec matches freight method.

  5. 5

    Sealed transport

Reefer truck to port; container or air pallet sealed with temperature log.

CERTIFICATES

Documents prepared per shipment and destination

  • FDA

Food and drug authority documentation as required by destination.

  • GMP

Good manufacturing practices for processed/packaged SKUs.

  • HACCP

    Hazard-analysis food-safety system documentation.

  • Phytosanitary certificate

Plant-health document required by most destinations.

  • Certificate of origin

Confirms Thai origin for tariff and import purposes.

  • Commercial invoice

    Customs-required value declaration.

Certificates are available depending on product, shipment, and destination requirement. We confirm exactly which certificates apply to your shipment at quotation. We do not claim every certificate for every product on every shipment.

COLD CHAIN, PACKING & TRACEABILITY

Three pillars that protect every shipment

  • Cold chain

Pre-cooling at packhouse, reefer truck to port, reefer container or air-cargo cold pallet to destination, monitored temperature throughout.

  • Packing

Carton spec matched to product and route — ventilated cartons, foam mesh, cushioning. Private-label packaging available.

  • Traceability

Each carton traceable back to grower, packing date, and packhouse inspector. Full record retained.

BY REGION

Asia Phytosanitary, certificate of origin Some markets require additional pesticide-residue analysis.
Europe / UK Phytosanitary, EU pesticide-residue compliance Pesticide-residue analysis records available on request.
United Kingdom Phytosanitary, post-Brexit GB import notice We coordinate with your UK clearance agent.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Document, share, resolve

  1. 1

    Document at receipt

Photograph and note any grade-on-arrival issue at port of receipt within 48 hours.

  2. 2

    Share with us

Send photos and notes to your account manager. We open an internal case immediately.

  3. 3

    Resolve

Credit, replacement, or insurance claim — based on documented issue and incoterm.

Reasonable claim resolution depends on prompt documentation. We can't help on issues raised days after arrival without supporting evidence.

FAQ

Quality FAQ

Are your certificates real?
Yes. Every certificate we issue is from an accredited authority. We don't fabricate or misrepresent — and we won't claim a certificate we can't actually provide for your shipment.
Can you provide pesticide-residue analysis?
Yes — for many SKUs, with lab certificates from Thai authorities. Confirm at quotation; some lab tests add lead time.
What's covered if a shipment is rejected at the destination port?
Depends on the documented cause. If it's an export-side issue (mis-spec packing, wrong cert) we cover it. If destination customs raises an issue we couldn't have foreseen, we work with you on documentation and next steps.
Do you have a quality manual we can review?
Yes. We share our quality control SOP on request after a first inquiry, under NDA if required.
Can we audit the packhouse before ordering?
Yes — by appointment. Many first-time buyers visit before committing to a container.
