How fast will you reply?
Within one business day in most cases. Complex multi-SKU container loads or unusual destinations may take 2–3 days.
Can I request mixed products?
Yes — mixed-SKU container loads are common, especially for Asian-grocery distributors. We coordinate the load plan with you.
Can I ask for a sample order?
Yes — small air-freight trial orders typically ship within 7–14 days of confirmation. Tick the "Sample" hint in the message field.
Do you support first-time importers?
Yes — many of our customers are first-time importers from Thailand. We walk you through incoterms, certificates, and clearance. Visit-by-appointment also welcome.
